CS/HB 487 - Repair of Mobility Devices - SUPPORT
Would bring right to repair for people who own motorized wheelchairs and similar mobility devices in order to acquire parts, documentation, and other such materials or information in order to repair their own device. Would enable independent repair shops to do the same. Learn more

SB 482, Main AI chatbot age verification bill - OPPOSE
Would require you to identify your age, and therefore your identity, in order to use any AI chatbot. Learn more

Next step: To be reviewed by the Senate Appropriations Committee. This is the last step before going to the Senate floor for a vote.


SB 1722, Florida App Store Accountability Act - OPPOSE
Would require identity verification to use the app store on your phone, thereby surrendering privacy for everything you do on your device. Learn more

Bills to Watch

We haven't analyzed these bill to know exactly what they say, but SB 806 and HB 1255 seem to be bills that bring right to repair to phones, tablets, and agricultural equipment! Sounds awesome!
